D. the identity of the holder, the responsible persons and the designated representative according with the Article 5, paragraph 2;
E. the subjects or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who may come to the knowledge of as designated representative in the territory of the State, of managers or officers.

The interested party has the right to obtain:
A. the updating, and, when he asks for it, the rectification or the integration of the data.
B. the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data treated in violation of the law, including those for which it is not necessary to conservation in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently treated;
C. the attestation that the operations referred to (a) and (b) were brought to the attention, even about their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or diffused, except in the case where this proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or partially:
A. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
B. to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sale or for the fulfillment of market research or commercial communication.

RETENTION TIME:
The data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to the accomplishment of the purposes above, unless the right of objection to the treatment freely exercisable by the user.
